I am planning to open Tolleck Winner Foundation Museum/Sculpture Park. It will be the only working museum of its kind. The museum will be FREE admission to all and through my art I will bring peace to the world.

Now is the time to bring Peace in to our lives. We are in a new era, new beginning. Now is time for change and we are the only people that can make that change. When we have peace, then prosperity for all will follow.

I would like to make a promise that I will pursue this Project until the last breath in my body and there will be others that will carry on my dream well after I am gone. This Museum/Sculpture Park will be based not far from London United Kingdom, but will be the pride of place to be for the Nations of the World.
